  • Cross-Platform: Flutter (rapid start, single codebase → 2 platforms), React Native (large ecosystem, MVP/production-ready).
  • Back-End: Node.js, PHP/Laravel.
  • Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, Crashlytics, SEO (Google).

Our Services are provided for business and enterprise use, with projects starting from $10,000 and scaling to enterprise-grade solutions.

2. Acceptable Use

By using our Services, you agree NOT to:

  • Use Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Deploy malware, exploits, or unauthorized scripts.
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile provided solutions.
  • Interfere with infrastructure (servers, APIs, Docker pipelines, CI/CD).
  • Abuse payment integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay, billing systems).

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, source code, and deliverables created by S&E IT remain the property of the Company until full payment or licensing terms are met.
  • Open-source technologies used in solutions (Node.js, React Native, Flutter, Laravel, etc.) are governed by their respective licenses.
  • Clients receive usage rights as specified in individual contracts.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, API keys, and access tokens.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws when deploying apps or platforms.
  • Provide accurate information when engaging with our Services.
  • Report bugs, vulnerabilities, or misuse responsibly.

5. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.95% uptime through SLA-backed infrastructure.
  • Services may be subject to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or third-party dependencies (e.g., App Stores, cloud hosting).
  • CI/CD deployments may cause short interruptions.

6. Data Protection & Security

  • We apply GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and ISO-compliant standards.
  • Solutions include security layers such as encryption, authentication, monitoring, Crashlytics.
  • Users are responsible for compliance when deploying in their own environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is.”
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or breach of Terms.
  • Users may stop using Services at any time.
  • Termination does not relieve parties of contractual obligations.
